From Mia:

My re-telling of this classic story takes place in a fantastical African world, and is the story of two sisters who see the White Rabbit. One chooses to follow, and the other stays behind.

This sketchbook focuses on my reimaginings of the characters as well as characters of my own creation.

Mia is a graduate of Otis College of Art and Design. Her work has been published in Suggestivism, Hi-Fructose Magazine, Juxtapoz, Imagine FX, Spectrum 16 thru 20, Society of Illustrators LA, Blue Canvas, Infected by Art, Miroir Magazine, Creep Machine, and the Creative Quarterly.

She is currently working on a series of 100 paintings re-telling Alice in Wonderland.
