This copy is inscribed on the front free endpaper by the artist: "To Dale--/All the best/Guy Coheleach/May 94"

On the front endpaper opposite the inscription, the recipient (a collector of Guy Coheleach paintings) has written his name, "Dale Devere Popp, M.D."
