Description

From 2009, a Japanese children's picture book illustrated by Dice Tsutsumi. The text is a poem by Dice's mother Emi Tsutsumi who is a poet with a long list of credits in her native Japan. The illustrations are paint and collage. Dice is currently at Tonko House, the independent studio he co-founded, after a number of years at Pixar (art director, "Toy Story 3") and Blue Sky.

Back in 2009, we offered a deluxe edition which included an original watercolor by Dice (4x5 image on a 6x8 sheet) and a full translation nicely produced by Dice and blindstamped with his seal.

This is the first time a copy has come back to us.
