Contains Giant of Mars and Skeleton Men of Jupiter. The two novelettes appeared in pulp magazines, but this edition was their first hardcover publication. This is the first state book and dustjacket. (The first state binding has John Carter and the Giant of Mars printed on the front cover.) Crandall contributes eight full-page black & white illustrations and the double-page endpaper illustration. Introduction by Richard Lupoff who was also the editor of Canaveral Press.
