Description

A superbly illustrated story of men haunted by sea monsters. I'm a sucker for such things and if you like this sort of thing, you'll love this. I can't read French, but I could "read" this story without knowing a word of French.

"Whoever has to fight monsters must be careful not to become a monster himself. And if you look into an abyss, the abyss also looks in you.
F. Nietzsche

Serge is the former host of a successful TV program about the creatures of the abyss. Obsessed by the death of his drowned son, he is haunted by nightmares on the deep seabed. One evening, he receives a visit from a lost child who asks him for help. He is the only survivor of the sinking of a ship where his father and his big brother were lost. He is convinced that their path crossed that of the frightful marine creature, the Kraken, which he wants to eliminate...
