The Brizzi Brothers lend their incredible talents to this dark farce. Wonderful storytelling and picture-making in addition to their glorious rich pencil technique.

1944: Louis-Ferdinand Céline [French novelist and Nazi supporter], his wife Lucette, and Bebert the cat leave a bombed-out Paris. They join the Vichy French community fleeing to Sigmaringen across the German border, where they meet the comedian Robert Le Vigan who was filming Les Enfants du Paradis (Children of Paradise).
