France has launched their own line of Little Golden Books: "Un petit livre d'or." The originals in this French series are art directed by Gerald Guerlais and feature French animation artists as illustrators.

"L'Epee du Petit Roi Arthur" is illustrated by Christophe Lautrette, Dreamworks Animation Production designer (The Croods), Art director (Bee Movie), and Visual Development Artist (Kung Fu Panda, Flushed Away, Madagascar).
