Out of print. Jeff Merghart's first collection of sketches has a little bit for everyone. Merghart draws pirates, monsters, and creatures from different eras and fantasy worlds. This book has finished pieces and shows his process.

Merghart has worked as an animator for Disney, Bluth Studios and Klasky Csupo. You may be familiar with his work from the Sony Playstation game The Mark of Kri, which he worked on as lead designer. Much of the game's preliminary and concept work can be seen in this wonderful sketchbook.
