A wonderful sexy funny series of color woodcut/etching/aquatint prints by the Japanese artist Masami Teraoka.

The four prints are reproduced as full page images. Another page has six color photos documenting each step in the creation of the prints.

The artist's "Notes on Hawaii Snorkel Series" explain the theme and each image. An essay describes the historical aspects. And the artist's CV rounds out the booklet.

These are great, fun, highbrow/lowbrow images from early in Teraoka's career.
