Leurs têtes mises à prix, elles s'allient au Dead Ends, le gang de gamins des rues de Husband et Sainte Marie-des-Caniveaux. Ensemble, ils veulent se venger de cet Empire britannique qui les écrase sans vergogne. Et rien de mieux pour parvenir à leurs fins que de profiter des décisions de la Reine Victoria. N'appréciant nullement que les provinces d'Amérique du Nord revendiquent leur indépendance, la Reine a ordonné la construction d'une flotte navale pour aller déclarer la guerre à l'Amérique et récupérer ce qui lui appartient.
