Each volume is embossed with Frazetta's seal of certification since he was physically unable to sign at the time of publication.

Frazetta's signature is printed and gold stamped "certified & authorized 2001 Frank & Ellie Frazetta" on the extra-illustrated limitation page. The deluxe edition has 16 pages of paintings & drawings not included in the trade edition and a cloth covered slipcase.
