For these occasional albums, each member was asked to submit a half-page profile illustrated with a photo and an example of their work.

For this 1980 edition, 343 National Cartoonists Society members contributed a half page about him- or herself, including Neal Adams, Jim Berry, Roy Crane, Chester Gould, Jack Kirby, Don Martin, Charles Schulz, Ronald Searle, Basil Wolverton, and hundereds of others.

Plus, a list of past members (deceased), a complete list of Reuben Award winners and Category winners; and brief introductory material.
