This out-of-print deluxe slipcased hardcover edition has a large 8.25 x 12.25 page format AND an additional 128 pages not included in the trade edition.

The additional pages reproduce Stevens' story notes, sketches, character designs, page layouts, other preliminary art, and fine photographic reproductions of selected finished pages (the better to appreciate Stevens' artwork).

This is a second printing, identified by black side panels (instead of red) on the slipcase.
