This out of print deluxe edition is printed in an 8.25 x 12.25 page format instead of the smaller 6.6 x 10.3 page format of the trade paperback edition. It also contains an additional 128 pages not included in the trade edition. The additional pages reproduce Stevens' story notes, sketches, character designs, page layouts, other preliminary art, and fine photographic reproductions of selected finished pages (the better to appreciate Stevens' artwork).
