William Robinson Leigh (1866 - 1955) was an American artist and illustrator, best known for his painted Western scenes (and a favorite of mine for his many paintings in the African Hall of the American Museum of Natural History in NYC).
This is the better illustrated of the two major monographs on the artist, with over 100 of Leigh's paintings, the majority reproduced in full color.
