William Stout is an American illustrator, comic book artist and designer who has worked in themed entertainment and film design (Wizards, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, Pan's Labyrinth).

This volume is composed almost entirely of finished art from Bill's many projects involving L. Frank Baum's Oz: book illustrations, theme parks, films.

This book, self-published by the artist in a limited run of 250 signed and numbered copies, and out of print, will be the "gap" in a lot of collectors' William Stout collections.
